How can I book a car?
Please use our online, car booking engine at the front page for an instant quote and booking. Alternatively, you may call us for quick assistance.
Should I order optional extras during booking?
If you require any baby/child/booster seats, GPS (Navigation System); we advise to order in advance during booking to enable us hold the equipment for you.
Can I pick up a car from one location and return to another location?
Yes, it applies to all locations in Keflavik and Reykjavik area.
How do I receive my confirmation?
You receive your confirmation by email sent to your email address you provide while booking. Please make sure that you enter your email correct.

How do I pick up my car at KEF airport?
How do I pick up my car at city locations?
We´ll deliver your hire car to the requested address (hotel, accommodation etc). We´ll also collect the car when you´ve finished with it, leaving you with more time to get on with the things you want to be doing.
Can I pick up out of office hours?
Yes, you may pick up 24 hours in a day when you book and inform in advance.
Which documents should I present at pickup?
You should present driving licence, passport and credit card for main renter, driving licence only for additional drivers.
What sort of driving license do you require?
Drivers should provide a valid national or international driver's licenses.
- DURING YOUR CAR RENTAL -
Can I let my friends drive the car?
Only drivers who are registered in rental agreement can drive the vehicle. If any accident occurs while non-registered driver is driving the rental car, insurance will be void (see "Reservation" #3 above).
What should I do in case of accident?
Do not move the car until the police comes. For Emergency Assistance and police call (+354) 112 and contact us immediately at +354 846-4030. We will make the arrangements for the rest.
What should I do in case of car breakdown?
Do not move the car and contact us immediately at +354 846-4030. Depending on the breakdown reason we will either change the vehicle or make it repaired in the nearest service to you.

Where do I drop off the car at KEF airport?
You may drop off the car outside departure terminal at KEF airport. We´ll meet you there and collect the car when you´ve finished with it.
Where can I drop off the car at city locations?
You may drop off the car at a requested address (hotel, accommodation etc) in the area of Keflavik or Reykjavik. We´ll meet you there and collect the car when you´ve finished with it, leaving you with more time to get on with the things you want to be doing.
May I return earlier/later than the date/time written in rental agreement?
You may return at a different date/time, if only you inform us in advance and get our confirmation.
